           BOOT CAMP

Boot camp at 10Acity Dynamics is designed to transform the body by using multiple trainers, training styles, and regimes. By mixing Cross fit, Athletic Training, H.I.I.T, and Old School Olympic Style lifts, we formulate the most dynamic result driven program possible. Most of these full body routines are based off of a set reoccuring time with a exersise to follow immediately. Within a group of other motivated participants you will meet other patrons whom will serve as accountability partners and ultimately make it difficult to perform at a standard lower than your best. Although working in a group, participants are encouraged to motivate other individuals through example, by upholding their duty to work harder than they did during the previous session. This makes for an unparalled work environment and a genuine respect for all which come to get better daily.

           SMALL GROUP 

 

Small Group training allows you to experience the energy and collaboration of working out with others while receiving the individual attention of a personal trainer. Small Group classes do not exceed 10 clients at a time. Clients receive three days of personalized training sessions weekly with the option to participate in any schedule boot camp session desired.

This Package is for Athletes looking to enhance their performance and expand their training repertoire during the off season. This Sports Specific Program is of Professional Athletic Design. Its delineation is to assure athletes game performance increase in productivity. We focus on strength, speed, and flexibility. These three elements, are key in success on every level of athletics
